Every order type, every service

Shipping Cost tab comparing UPS, FedEx, and USPS for each order type, with the cheapest service picked — Shipping Cost: UPS, FedEx, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, and one more of your choice, priced for every kind of order you send. The cheapest wins.

Order Types tab with products, quantities, the box picked, package size, and billed weight — List your common orders. It picks the smallest box that fits and works out the package size and weight.

Free shipping threshold test and a comparison of what each service would cost across all orders — Test a free shipping threshold and see what each service would cost across all your orders.

Rate Card tab with carrier rates by weight and zone, and carrier settings for discounts, fuel, and residential fees — Rate Card: paste rates from UPS, FedEx, USPS, Pirate Ship, or your rep, then add your discount, fuel surcharge, and residential fee.

Questions

Before you buy

Is this for freight from overseas?

No. TrueShipping is for the parcels you send to customers. For the cost of bringing goods in from your supplier, see TrueLanded. The two work together: TrueShipping's shipping cost per unit goes into TrueLanded's channel pricing. All four tools are $139 together in the Importer's Bundle.

Are carrier rates built in?

No, because every account's rates are different and carriers change them each year. You paste in your own rates, and the Start Here tab shows where to find them. Sample rates are included so you can try it first.

What if I use DHL, a regional carrier, or a shipping app?

Use the Other column for any carrier or service not listed. Rates from shipping apps such as Pirate Ship can be pasted into the matching carrier's columns.

Do I need to be good at Excel?

No. You type only in the yellow cells; every formula is protected, and the included video walkthrough shows each step.

Can I share it with my team?

One purchase covers one business, including everyone who works there.
