Before you buy

How is this different from TrueLanded?

TrueQuote is for before you order: it compares supplier quotes so you pick the right one. TrueLanded is for after a shipment lands: it works out what each product really cost and the price that protects your margin. Each works on its own. All four tools are $139 together in the Importer's Bundle.

What if a supplier quotes in another currency, or a price includes shipping?

Enter the price in the supplier's currency with an exchange rate, and pick the Incoterm. CIF and DDP quotes are handled differently from EXW and FOB, so freight and duty aren't counted twice. If you have an actual freight quote, type it in and it's used instead of the estimate.

Are tariff rates built in?

No. You enter the duty rate for each quote. Dock & Dollar does not classify products or look up rates. Confirm all HTS codes and tariff rates with a licensed customs broker.

Do I need to be good at Excel?

No. You type only in the yellow cells; every formula is protected, and the included video walkthrough shows each step.

Can I share it with my team?

One purchase covers one business, including everyone who works there.
